India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) has released IPPB Recruitment 2025 for 309 posts of Junior Associate (Clerk) and Assistant Manager (Scale‑I). These jobs are for graduates who want to work in banking in different states of India.

Job Profile
- Junior Associate (Clerk):
- Customers ko account kholne, deposits, withdrawals, passbook update, UPI/ATM problems me help karna.
- Branch records, forms aur documents ko safely maintain karna.
- Basic cross‑selling activities, jaise insurance, deposits, digital products batana.
- Assistant Manager (Scale‑I):
- Branch operations ko supervise karna, team ko guide karna, targets achieve karwana.
- Customer relationship manage karna, business growth pe focus rakhna.
- Compliance, audit points aur reporting ka dhyan rakhna.
Dono posts me kaam mainly digital banking, savings accounts, payment services aur rural/urban customers ko financial services dene se related hoga.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university for both Junior Associate and Assistant Manager posts.
- Computer Knowledge:
- Basic computer and digital banking knowledge expected, kyunki IPPB mainly online and app‑based services chalata hai.
- Language Skills:
- Local language (reading, writing, speaking) ka knowledge preferred hai, kyunki posting state‑wise hoti hai.
- Other Conditions:
- Indian citizen and medically fit as per bank norms.
- Jitni bhi category reservation hai, woh sirf valid caste/eligibility certificates ke basis par milegi.
