The Indian Army TES 55 Recruitment 2025 is a golden opportunity for young, ambitious students who have completed their 10+2 (PCM) and dream of serving the nation as commissioned officers. This recruitment is conducted under the 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme (TES-55), which offers a permanent commission in the Indian Army. The course is scheduled to begin in July 2026 at the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun, and around 90 vacancies have been announced, although this number may vary depending on training requirements.

Through this scheme, eligible unmarried male candidates who have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in their 12th class and have appeared for the JEE (Main) 2025 exam can apply. After completing four years of training, the selected candidates will be granted the rank of Lieutenant in the Indian Army. This entry route is ideal for students who want to pursue a career in defence through a technical path rather than the NDA route, allowing them to combine their passion for engineering with a proud military career.
